At SiteVerity, we take the privacy and security of our users, contractors, and construction workers very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you use our platform and mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
To provide a comprehensive workforce management and compliance system, we collect the following types of information:

- Send automatic alerts to employers regarding upcoming certification expirations.
3. Data Protection and Security
We implement bank-grade security to ensure your data and personnel records are encrypted and protected from unauthorized access.
- Biometric Handling: Facial data is processed through industry-leading cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS or Microsoft Azure) using secure connections and is not permanently stored on local devices.
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
SiteVerity does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or biometric information to third parties. We only share information under the following circumstances:
- With the Employer/Contractor: All worker information, including licenses and time records, is accessible to the construction company employing them.
